What to include

Dashboard issue: page URL, filters used, approximate time, and expected result.
Discord command issue: command name, server ID, approximate time, and displayed support/error code.
Moderation or role issue: contact the server's administrators first. For a suspected DoxBot malfunction, include the action and approximate time without sending private ticket content unnecessarily.
Privacy or deletion request: identify the Discord user/server ID or Riot ID involved and describe the requested access, correction, or deletion. Reasonable verification may be required.
Security report: explain the issue privately and avoid accessing, retaining, or changing data that is not yours.

Platform support

DoxBot cannot resolve Discord account enforcement, Riot bans, purchases, account recovery, or game-client problems. Contact the applicable official platform support team for those issues.
